Everything you need to know about customising your tee
Our tees are true-to-size for kids. For toddlers, sizes are labelled 2T-4T. For older children, pick their current age size (e.g. a 6-year-old fits the "6"). When in doubt, size up for longer wear.
Use a high-resolution photo (at least 1200×1200 pixels) with good lighting and a clear subject. Avoid blurry or dark images. PNG with transparent background works best for clean prints.
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with water-based, non-toxic inks. This produces vivid, long-lasting colours that are soft to the touch and safe for children's skin.
Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. Following these steps keeps the print vivid for years.
Because every tee is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for personalisation choices. However, if your tee arrives with a print defect or damage, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge.
